Biomedical Equipment Services:
Having the some of the most experienced and educated biomedical service staff in Alaska has allowed us to provide unparalleled service throughout the state since 2001.  Our close contact with manufacturers lets us quickly and properly diagnose and repair malfunctions in virtually all biomedical equipment. We use the most advanced biomedical testing equipment available. Our test equipment analyzes performance and electrical safety thoroughly and quickly. Our test equipment interfaces directly with our CMMS Asset Management software. This software allows us to track your equipment and permits us to provide customers with detailed printed or electronic equipment lists and test results.

We provide Repairs, Preventive Maintenance, and Quality Assurance Inspections for Biomedical Equipment used in:

Diagnostic Imaging Services:


We are a full-service diagnostic imaging company. We believe that with regular preventative maintenance and proper service, your X-Ray, MRI, CT, DR, CR, and Ultrasound equipment will last longer and operate more efficiently.

Our lead technicians each have over 15 years of diagnostic imaging experience. Our staff has attended multiple manufacturer and third-party schools (Radiologic Systems Training Institute, RSTI). We are on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 

We normally respond to service requests within Anchorage and the Mat-Su Valley within 24 hours and 48 hours throughout the state. We offer free estimates for Repairs, Relocations, Disposals, Preventative Maintenance, Quality Assurance Inspections and Purchases of all Diagnostic Imaging Equipment.

ADI has a trained DICOM networking staff and can provide full network support to the Alaska medical community.

  • Image viewing station hardware repair and installation

  • Support for dental office maintenance programs

  • PACS installation and maintenance

Diagnostic Imaging Equipment - QA and Planned/Preventative Maintenance:


Annual and Semi-annual PM/QA programs are available. This program includes:

  • Calibration

  • Cleaning and Lubrication

  • Inspection and minor repairs/adjustments (if applicable):

  • High voltage cables

  • Safety cables

  • Electrical wiring

  • Electrical & mechanical locks

  • Tubestand & table anchors

  • Bearing and tracks

  • Handles & knobs

  • Cassette identification

  • Light guide, mirrors, and roller cleaning with pure ethyl alcohol (CR Only)

  • Software upgrade and/or Hardware Maintenance

  • Erasure light checks and replacement

  • Ensure FDA, State Health Department and other appropriate Agencies Compliance


 

Radiographic Department Design:


Our sales and service personnel are qualified to design your radiographic department. We will provide you with the following:

  • Scale drawing of X-Ray and darkroom

  • Electrical specifications

  • Plumbing specifications

  • Construction & leading requirements
