Processor Cleaning

Each of our processor maintenance staff has over 10 years of experience. ADI recommends all processors be cleaned at least every four weeks regardless of usage to insure precise development. ADI chemicals are precisely mixed to manufacturer specifications.

  • Drain chemistry
  • Remove and clean the racks
  • Rotate all rollers
  • Flush pumps
  • Clean tanks
  • Verifying operation, replenishment rates, and temperature
  • Add fresh chemistry
