The Strato 2000 comes with Database Management Software (DMS), a stand-alone software package installed on a PC. The DMS records and archives the patients x-ray exposure settings that can be recalled and used upon the patients next visit, minimizing exposure and operator error. It can also store the patients name and address. The Strato 2000 communicates with a PC through ports located on its base.

The Strato 2000 is also upgradable through the DMS allowing it to expand with the practice. By ordering individual upgrade packages that come with any required hardware (such as the implant bites that come with the linear tomography package), the office s staff can upgrade the unit by simply loading the package into the connected PC. Once loaded, the DMS updates the machine and the units overall functionality has increased!
